MyDigitalViewer operates the technology and processes information to provide the Services and for the purposes described here. Sites are responsible for camera placement, notices and permissions within their facilities. We use access controls and other safeguards, but no system can guarantee absolute security.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Children and young people<\/h2>\n<p>The Services are designed primarily for participating Sites and authorized adults, including parents and guardians, to view activities. They are not intended for children to create accounts independently unless permitted by the Site, authorized by a parent or guardian, and allowed by applicable law. Video may depict children participating in activities. We treat this content as sensitive and expect Sites to use privacy-protective settings, appropriate notices and permissions. Cookies, analytics and mobile technologies<\/h2>\n<p>Our websites and applications may use cookies, local storage, software development kits and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, diagnostics and performance.
